I do find myself really trying to use the top 3 (in my mind at least) LLMs regularly.
I feel most likely to grab Copilot as Microsoft has so nicely put a cool looking rainbow colored icon on the taskbar of Windows. I scratch my head a little as I don’t recall allowing Microsoft to add Copilot to my taskbar, but certainly there is nothing keeping me form unpinning it. Regardless, the ease of access makes it more attractive than …
Gemini – I never seem to recall the obvious https://gemini.google.com address for Gemini and feel like a total goober typing “start gemini” in the URL window, then choosing Gemini from the search engine result page. I might have thought Google would put Gemini on the main Google search page, maybe beneath them trying to sell you the latest Pixel, but no, Google has put Gemini under the Google Apps menu. I frankly think this is a good place for it and I hope to remember that Gemini is there in the future, but I do think Google would increase usage by shoving it in front of my face like Microsoft.
And then there’s ChatGPT. Man I have to log into that account. Old school for sure. This takes much more effort that either Copilot or Gemini, and I use it the least.

ughh, next day update, I really don’t like the format of this blog post and just can’t make it pretty right now. Maybe I’ll try something different next time.
